Pilates Space offers rewarding and challenging classes tailored to suit each client's goals and abilities. We will guide you in understanding the proper form and technique of the Pilates Method which will help you to achieve a stronger more flexible body and gain a richer sense of body awareness. Our focus is to help you attain your best level of physical fitness. Our Pilates studio is located in downtown Ottawa.

The Pilates Space invites you to attend our next Open House. Feel free to visit us during the above times to see our bright and spacious facility, observe a class in progress, have your questions answered about Pilates, and sign up for classes. Introductory Classes for New Participants
If you are new to Pilates, we require that you take an INTRODUCTORY SESSION: You have the option of taking: 1. an 8 week INTRODUCTORY GROUP CLASS (not restricted to the same class each week) or 2. a minimum of 5 PRIVATE SESSIONS (start anytime) or 3. a minimum of 5 DUET SESSIONS (start anytime)
The Winter, 8 week intro group session begins the week of Monday, January 9, 2012 to Saturday, March 3, 2012. The Winter/Spring, 8 week intro group session begins the week of Monday, March 5, 2012 to Saturday, April 28, 2012.
We will cover the fundamentals of Pilates, including basic Matwork, Towelwork, Magic Circle, Spine Corrector and a functional stretching component. After your intro session, you may attend "Beginner", "Beginner/Intermediate" or "All levels" classes and/or take Reformer or Privates classes.
